Photo Story: Letterbox – A Forgotten Sensation

In the past, letters were an indispensable part of our lives. It was also considered a form of art. In fact letters were our only means to share news and intricate feelings – be it glee or grief – with near and dear ones.

Once a momentous thing that used to touch our lives is now a thing of the past. Digital communication has taken over. Letter boxes are now isolated objects hanging indifferently on the walls and doors of houses without arousing any sentiment as before.
