Prof. Mieke Bal, leading cultural critic and theorist, Video Artist and Curator and professor at the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences. Dr Mieke Bal is a co-founder of the Amsterdam School of Cultural Analysis. She is the recipient of six honorary doctorate degrees.
