Kite festival in Lincoln city, one of the many that takes place in the summer at Oregon beaches of the US, was a rapturous festival I witnessed only a few months back.
The Kite Runners
The ritual of kite flying is synonymous with the festival of Viswakarma Puja. Many kite runners in the city will tell you how the festival also marks the formal onset of autumn in this part of the country.
Kite Flying Competition
Vibrant coloured kites were soaring in the sky, shades of yellow, blue, red swaying from one side to another, all fighting to hold their space.
