The Online Photo Contest 2024, powered by Thespace.ink, brought an exciting opportunity for TCG Digital employees to showcase their photographic talents. Organized by Banglalive.com, this initiative encouraged participants to explore three captivating themes: Travel Photography, Durga Puja Photography, and Portrait Photography.

Only TCG Digital members were eligible to compete, ensuring a platform exclusive to the company’s creative minds. The categories ranged from the vivid beauty of travel landscapes to the cultural vibrancy of Bengal’s Durga Puja and the nuanced expressions in portraiture. The contest received nearly 140 entries, reflecting the enthusiasm and artistic potential of the participants.

A panel of three judges evaluated the submissions, combining expertise from external and internal perspectives. Renowned photographers Anindya Majumdar, an ARPS and EFIAP awardee, and Atanu Paul, whose work has graced National Geographic calendars, joined TCG Digital’s Senior Director Aditya Khaitan to select the best entries.

The winners in each category displayed exceptional skill: Bijan Mazumdar triumphed in Travel Photography with “Terrain”, Nilotpal Saha took first place in Durga Puja Photography with “Immersion”, and Supratim Chakraborty topped the Portrait Photography category with his “Street Portrait”. Other standout entries included Kousumi Bhattacharyya’s “Kashmir Ki Kali” and Ritesh Banerjee’s “Mahalaya Morning Tarpan”.

The winning photographs and selected submissions have been featured in the Photo Story section of Thespace.ink, providing a wider platform to appreciate their artistry. The contest not only celebrated the exceptional creativity within TCG Digital but also fostered a sense of community and shared passion for photography. With its resounding success, the event has set a high benchmark for future creative initiatives within the organization, leaving participants and spectators alike inspired.
