Srimanti Mukherjee

Born and schooled in Kolkata. Enjoys rainy days, rabindrasangeet, story books and scribbling sweet nothings since childhood. The miracle of the everyday happening around her happens to be her prime inspiration.  Having done her higher studies from the Delhi School of Economics, Srimanti plays around with her readers,making the familiar unfamiliar and the unfamiliar familiar. A sociologist by heart and profession, she enjoys her time teaching her students at the IMCFTS college under Kalyani University.
